BSA is very pleased to share the news that we will be joining our sister US LBM division Brand Vaughan as we move to a new location on October 2.

We are particularly excited by this move for our valued customers. Our new location in Douglasville is much larger, allowing us to hold more inventory, and with Brand Vaughan, you will have easier access to a much wider range of materials and product lines, including interior and exterior doors and millwork, lumber and engineered wood products, structural components, and more. We will begin operating out of the new location on Oct. 2, for which the address is 11750 Veterans Memorial Highway, Douglasville, Georgia.

As you can imagine with a change of this nature, there are some impacts to our business practices and terms that will affect you. Specifically:

  • For all materials purchased on or after Oct. 2, you will receive your statement via email and no longer be able to access the BSA Customer Portal. Payments to Brand Vaughan can be made via credit card, electronic check or via mail. Mailed payments need to be sent to:

  • For all purchases prior to this date, you can make your payment through the customer portal. The customer portal will remain available for processing invoices from September through the end of October.
